SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY - GETGLOWY
At GetGlowy, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not, here are our terms for returns and exchanges, drafted in accordance with European Union consumer regulations.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging (this is especially important for beauty and personal care products for hygiene reasons).
Non-returnable items: For health protection and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of cosmetic, sanitary, or intimate use products that have been unsealed after delivery. We also do not accept gift cards or downloadable software products.
2. RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, please email us at info.getglowy@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to our management address in Spain:

3. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original method of payment (PayPal or Shopify Payments) within 5 to 10 business days.

Sale items: Unlike other stores, at GetGlowy we respect your rights; items purchased on sale can also be refunded as long as they meet the product condition requirements.
4. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to a defect, please contact us at info.getglowy@gmail.com.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Recommendation: If you are shipping an item over 75€, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Notice: For orders from Mexico, Colombia, or the USA, please note that international shipping costs back to Spain can be high.
6. UNDELIVERED OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged due to transport, you have 24–48 hours from receipt to notify us so we can manage the claim with the logistics provider.
