SHIPPING POLICY - GETGLOWY

At GetGlowy, we strive to offer you exclusive products with international shipping. Below, we detail our delivery terms and timelines to ensure your shopping experience is as clear as possible.

1. SHIPPING AREAS

We ship to the following destinations:

  • Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands).

  • United States.

  • Mexico and Colombia.

  • For other international destinations, please consult us before placing your order.


2. DELIVERY TIMES

Our products are shipped directly from our international logistics centers. The total delivery time is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: Once payment is confirmed, orders take between 2 and 5 business days to be prepared and dispatched.

  • Transit Time:

    • Spain: 10 – 12 business days.

    • United States: 10 – 20 business days.

    • Mexico and Colombia: 15 – 30 business days (depending on local customs processes).

Note: These times are estimates. During high-demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas) or due to customs delays, delivery windows may be extended.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. We offer tracked shipping methods so you can always stay updated on your order’s location.


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment directly on our website or through the tracking platforms we provide.


5. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

For orders outside the European Union (such as Mexico, Colombia, and the United States):

  • The customer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees that local authorities may apply upon receipt of the package.

  • GetGlowy has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a package is rejected by the customer due to these charges, shipping costs will not be refunded.


6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to address errors or the recipient's absence after several delivery attempts by the courier company.


7. DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

  • Transport Damage: If you receive a visibly damaged package, please take photos and contact us at info.getglowy@gmail.com within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt.

  • Lost Packages: If your order exceeds the maximum estimated timeframe and you have not received tracking updates, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier to resolve the incident or proceed with a reshipment/refund if applicable.
